When is my awareness cookie order shipped?
Unless you request a rush delivery method, all orders of our awareness cookies are are
processed 3-4 days prior of your deadline for cookies.
What color of icing do you use?
We can decorate the cookies in the color of your choice. These are the awareness cookies
we work with.
What ingredients are used?
We use the best quality ingredients in our awareness cookies. Our cookies contain:
flour, sugar, butter, eggs, pure vanilla and salt.
The royal icing contains powdered sugar, meringue powder, gel paste food color and water.
The sugar cookies have sugar crystals.
How fresh are the awareness cookies?
All our cookies are freshly baked and delivered in an airtight container if shipped to the states.
Our cookies do not contain any artificial preservatives. Shelf life of cookies is 5-7 days. Please
do not refrigerate. Ground delivery is available in Puerto Rico.
How will I know if you've received my order?
When ordering online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Additionally, you will be
given an order number after you submit your request. Be sure to jot this number down and keep
it handy in case you have questions about the status of your awareness cookie order.
What is the cost per awareness cookie?
The cost for the awareness cookies is as follows:
Large Awareness cookie: $18.00/Dozen
Medium Awareness cookie: $15.00/Dozen
Miniature (Tea Awareness Cookie): $ 5.00/Dozen
You must add the corresponding delivery and shipping costs to this total.
Is there a minimum order of awareness cookies?
Yes. Their is a minimum order of one (1) dozen awareness cookies per order. Please specify
cookie style you prefer (ribbon/royal icing ~~ sugar/sugar crystals)
Is there a deadline to order awareness cookies?
Yes. The awareness cookies must be ordered with at least one (1) week in advance of your
delivery date. Of course, we can make exceptions, but we need to have your information and
confirmation as soon as possible. Please remember that the minimum order is of one (1) dozen
cookies.
How am I charged for my order?
We must recieve a check, money order or payment via PayPal for the total amount of your order.

Do you give discounts?
We are willing to give discounts for orders for volume orders. But, please remember that the sale
of our awareness cookies is for charitable purposes, not for personal profit or gain.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
We are happy to ship items to more than one address, but we prefer each order to be made
separately for quality control and accounting purposes.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately, due to the risk of you not recieving your awareness cookies fresh and on time,
we choose not to do international cookie sales. Excess international shipping costs also played a
factor in our decision process.
